    I have a ton of stress in my life (school and family issues are the big
    causes) and the two big things that help me get over it are working out
    when I can and talking to my friends online. They’re all older than me and
    definitely more mature so it helps that they totally get what’s wrong and
    are there for me the whole way. Sometimes I don’t get to work out or talk
    to my friends which is when my mild depression starts which leads to me
    losing my appetite and my drive to do things, but that doesn’t happen all
    the time (that’s why I said mild).

    I wish I was stressed though! It would mean that I’m actually doing
    something productive and meaningful with my life. Better than
    procrascrinate all the time, feeling guilty and depressed. I feel a
    pointless total mess. Looks like a nightmare and this year I have my exams.

    I don’t like how every video is jumpy and all over the place maybe this
    video style every once in a while but not all the time it’s annoying

    When I get stressed, I just get really quiet and doubtful. It helps to talk
    with someone but it’s hard to bring up the topic. If I’m feeling stressed
    about a task, I look over it and make a list of what I have to do.
    Sometimes it’s not as bad as I thought it was going to be. I give myself
    time to think about how lucky I am and think of all the good things in
    life. I think of family, friends, food, shelter and even small things like
    makeup. I hope this helps anyone in need.

    Me too a stress eater!!!
    I feel I eat a lot when stressed and yes I do lose my sleep so easily :( (
    Those are some great ways to deal with stress! Chocolate helps, always do

    I want to buy things when I’m stressed!

    When I’m feeling stressed, I know I’m doing something in a wrong way. So, I
    clear my head and focus on why I’m doing what I’m doing. Do I do it for
    stress? Or, do I do it because that’s what I love. Afterwards I can just
    relax and have fun on my work!

    Great video! When I’m stressed, I love to take a long walk in nature to
    clear my mind or have a relaxing bubble bath :)
