    Hi Michelle, these are pretty good tips, but I just wanted to mention that there is a lot of controversy on agave nectar. It’s around 90% fructose, which means that even if it is low on the glycemic index it will have damaging effects on the body. Fructose in fruit is definitely not bad for you- as long as you don’t overdo it- but agave nectar has a lot of concentrated fructose- second only to High Fructose Corn Syrup (aka poison)! Anyway thanks for another great video!

    I like drinking my greens a lot more than eating them.

    I blend a quarter to a half of a full lettuce
    water and half a banana and it tastes really good.
    I add the banana to add a natural sweetener so it doesn’t
    taste like the lettuce. It also acts like a laxative too which
    helps a lot.
