    What to do when I have 4 very, very important tests this week, tomorrow as

    A way to help me unwind is just to see the people I love and listening to
    their music. (in this case, 5sos) They helped me so much, they help me
    unwind, their voices are so soothing and beautiful. When I see them do
    stupid or dorky things, I laugh, and it really pulls me away from reality.
    It’s amazing. I nv thought they wld help me so much, and I am truly so
    happy to have stumbled across them. Luke’s voice cracks, Calum’s fall,
    Michael’s change of lyrics and Ashton’s craziness. I noe I am being a
    fangirl here, but trust me. Listen to music, and find and artist that makes
    you happy. Idc if it’s miley cyrus or whuddever, cause if it makes you
    happy, than ur miley is my 5sos. Also, I have a hobby. It keeps me occupied
    all day, and I got thro all these days bc of my hobby and listening to my
    fav artist. I play the violin, and I spend hours composing, finding out how
    to play songs on it. I sing when I am stressed as well. I sing it out loud
    so that my brain can only think about the lyrics. and when i mean singing
    out loud, I mean to the extent of shouting out the song. Taking pics and
    editing them also occupies up my time. Videos as well. I love vlogging
    privately the amazing parts of my life, and when sad, I look at it, and
    tell myself that these days will cm again if I work hard, thus making me
    move on. The above things help me not end my life. Goin thro depression and
    bullyin is not the best thing at all. To all victims out there, stand up
    for ur rights and do what u luv. Block them out by doing things that
    pleases u. Or even hw. We all dread hw, but wut we dont know is that while
    doing difficult math sums, our brain blocks out evrything, and it makes us
    focus on what is more important. God bless all of you, bye

    The last months I had a lot of stress . Work and print life.. I didn’t get
    take care of myself, moved on even harder when I felt tired. Now I got my
    payback: I got sick. My immune system is down. My lungs feel like filled
    with water and I’m coughing all the time. My doctor told me I probably
    won’t go back to work this year.
    Everone told me “slow down!” but I didn’t want to listen. Now I know what
    happens if you don’t listen to your body.

    For Muslims, meditation is the prayer. The five daily prayers, our regular
    recharge. But the stress doesnt let us focus sometimes. I woke up today
    feeling stressed and i remembered the dream i had which was really a
    subconcious manifestation of the stress im going through. This video was
    the first thing i saw today and it really reminded me to make maximum usage
    of these daily rechargers.

    Can someone please help me, there’s this really mean girl at school and my
    best friend is friends with her. She hates me so much for no reason I even
    asked her and she had no reason. She upsets me so much and has made me cry
    countless times. I am really scared that she will turn all my friends
    against me. She has made me so depressed and anxious everyday is a struggle
    please someone help me +Michelle Phan

    EDM or dubstep is my chill out music. For some reason, the sounds that
    these provide make me relax and feel happy. Or i listen to some piano .
    Piano is always soothing >. <

    I love my meditation singing bowls. It’s so soothing :) A good book with a
    nice cup of tea is also a great way to decompress.

    Don’t use essenzial oils alone! Always diluite them in some other oil, such
    as jojoba, or almond. Using them directly on the skin can cause irritations
    an other bad stuff!
    For the rest of it, I agree with the tips you mentioned and I’d add also
    pillows and soft materials in general: a big fluffy blanket can be awsome!
    Too bad pet terapy is definetly not for me: I am afraid of animals, all of
    them, and I really don’t like them! I’d most likely need a stress reliever
    after having touched an animal!

    I get easely stressed. What I always do after school is to go by the bus
    home. Somehow I find it relaxing just starring out the window.

    I’m 13 and I’ve been through a lot. My anxiety has been so bad and this
    video has really helped. I don’t want to go into to much detail but I wish
    I could talk to u Mish. Love you ❤️❤️

    Excuse my English !! I’m too stress I’m dropped out school since grade 10
    when I was 16 I’m 18 now I see all my friends graduated and me I’m too
    disappointed at myself . I’m upset . I don’t know where to go with my life
    now . I think about job about my family everyone will judge me . I hate
    myself I want to go to school but I can’t focus on study I don’t know. I
    feel hopeless I want to go back to school complete it . Make my dream come
    true . But now I’m too stressing I’m too . I want my dream come true . When
    ever I think of it I cried ! I want my dream come true Plsssss

    Watching this video was relaxing! I usually go to the scripture, I am a
    Christian and spending time alone with God is relaxing! He will send you a
    peace that surpasses all understanding, and can heal places the doctor
    can’t get to, it really does help me. <3 you!

    Sorry for my English, I’m from Ukraine. I don’t want to use Google
    translate. I was depressed for 1,5 years and I think I still am. It all
    started after my grandpa died and we find out that my grandma had cancer.
    After they both pass away I started to fight with my mom for no reason and
    it was terrible. I hardly remember anything from that time,my brain is like
    trying to block those memories. I remember 3 times when I seriously thought
    about suicide but something always stopped me, I knew that after bad times
    something good always happening and I was trying to remember that always
    when I feel bad. I didn’t knew what I want to do with my life and I was
    tired of fighting with my mom because my room messy or the dishes are
    dirty. I was tired of being myself and living my life. I been making videos
    for 2 years and at first I really enjoyed that but then I started to do
    that for views and I hated that. I was scared that no one will watch my
    videos,but thoughts about proving my mom that I can do something cool and
    do that for living stopped me from thoughts about suicide. One day I
    decided that I don’t want to live like that anymore. I don’t want to make
    my mom fell bad. I started cleaning my room and flat without reminding and
    I found that very therapeutic. I changed my room and tried to stop dying
    everything that makes me feel bad. I feel much better now. I decided to
    start over with YouTube and my mom promised to buy me a better camera,so
    I’ll make a new channel after new year. And I feel so excited about it. If
    you feel depressed just try to change as much in your life as you can. And
    try to work more cause work is surprisely therapeutic. Also writing this
    made me feel much better,so try to share. That’s the only life that you can
    live,just try to make it as good as you can. It’s worth it :) and thanks
    for your video
