I’ve been liking these videos from these girls. I love to meditate on my
life and what I’ve been doing and see if I should be doing something new or
trying something different. I have started making flowers recently and
giving them away which I never thought I’d do. I also always take time for
me as I see too many people run around doing things for others they forget
about themselves, that they are valuable too and it makes them get run down
and exhausted after awhile. Slowing down and taking time for one’s self
helps you give to others and one thing that helps is a nice walk in nature
or somewhere that’s not so busy all on my own and just pray and take in
everything around me. I occasionally would take a book or something with me
to read or write something in my notebook to get my thoughts out. Taking
time for yourself can be considered selfish sometimes but it is beneficial
to everyone around you if you do it because then you will have more of you
to give and not a frazzled mess.

I also believe you become who you surround yourself with. I prefer to be
around people who have positive vibes and are uplifters. I had to let go of
a number of negative people in my life that were toxic to me and I have no
regrets. You want to be around people who make you feel good about yourself
and who genuinely care about your well-being and wish to see you succeed. I
knew someone who wanted to look like she was a very popular person, so she
made a lot of “fake friends” who only hung out with her because they
thought she had money so they ended up walking all over her because she was
not only a “people-pleaser,” but an “over-pleaser” to the point she
couldn’t stand up for herself. She literally depleted herself because she
felt that need to be validated. In the end, she was not a happy person. You
really have to love and respect yourself in order for “the right” people to
    be in your life.

.. Before daring to spread all these ideas one should make sure on what
they are saying not just sharing opinions or vaguely shaped thoughts to
    people that aspire to them.
