Probably one of the dumbest things you can do if you have acne is
incorporate fatty foods like oils and shrimp into your diet, not to mention
what the sodium does to your body

In order to create useful content, one should stand in viewer’s shoes. It
is inconvenient (ingredient not readily available) to make and expensive
thou its very informative. If you are suffering from acne, do give
thebodyshop’s tea tree scrub and toner a try! It cleared my skin within 1
month of using. I just want to share it with you girls xx

Don’t ever use sugar or salt scrubs on your face! The crystals actually
create micro lesions in the skin which is a big no-no! They end up tearing
the outer layers of facial skin. The addition of the oils is completely
unnecessary, they completely irritate your skin and prevents cell renewal.

According to what I know, it’s gentler to use spherical exfoliants. Sugar

Just some constructive criticism, hydrating the skin is to add water to
your skin. Moisturizing is to add oil to the skin. Very common for people
    to get this confused.

Dairy products, such as milk, cheese, and yogurts should be avoided if you
are suffering from acne. Cow milk comes from pregnant cows and the milk
contains natural hormones from the animal. So when you’re drinking or
eating dairy products, you are actually getting a dose of the cow’s
hormones. These hormones might affect yours especially during hormonal
periods or that time of the month.
I don’t think it’s a good idea to advise others to “battle acne internally”
while having dairy products in your salad recipe.

I think I prefer Lush’s charcoal scrub more. But she’s right with the oils
though. I use a 7 based oil combination for my hair and skin to balance my
oil reproduction. It contains olive oil, argan oil, jojoba seed oil, castor
oil, canola oil (just a smudge) grape seed oil, sesame oil (a smudge as
well). I rather drink black and green tea for my antioxidants. Bubzbeauty
made a video making a scrub from green tea leaves and that helps my skin so
